Healthy, because
With its characteristic aroma, goat's cheese goes perfectly with salads and is also easily digestible due to its short-chain fatty acids. Calcium and phosphorus are a strong combination for healthy bones. Walnuts contain ellagic acid, which is a secondary plant substance that stimulates the immune system and provides protection against free radical damage. The abundant omega-3 fatty acids keep the heart and blood vessels fit.

If you are looking for a low-carb meal, this dish is just right for you. Otherwise, fresh wholemeal baguette slices go very well with salad: they can be grilled in the oven together with goat's cheese.
