- 12 cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- ½ Lime
- 1 tsp coarsely chopped cilantro
- ¼ tsp honey
- 2 Tbsps Wheat germ oil
- 4 - 5 tart, green Apple (such as Granny Smith)
- Iodized salt (with fluoride)

Preparation

Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Rinse lime with hot water, dry and finely zest. Squeeze juice and mix with cilantro, honey and 2 tablespoons oil.

Rinse apples, quarter, remove cores and cut into small, bite-size cubes. Mix with shrimp and vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper. Add zest if desired and serve.
