- 250 grams Greek yogurt
- 250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- 1 handful mint
- 1 handful Dill
- 2 scallions

- 2 Tbsps Pomegranate seed
Preparation

Puree the Greek yogurt, the yogurt, lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Add a little water if necessary. Rinse and dry the mint and dill. Remove the leaves, setting some aside for garnish. Coarsely chop the remaining herbs. Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the scallions. Mix the scallions and herbs into the yogurt mixture, and season to taste with salt.

Divide the yogurt sauce into two bowls. Top one with the pomegranate seeds and the remaining oil. Top the other with the remaining herbs.
