1 tsp salt
1 handful oregano (finely chopped)

Preparation
1.

Add the pastry flour, salt, oregano and 2 tablespoons oil in a bowl and gradually add about 6 ounces of lukewarm water and knead to form a solid, smooth dough. It should not stick to your hands. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

After resting the dough, divide it into 10-12 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball. Roll out each ball on a floured surface into thin patties.

Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the patties until golden brown start forming bubbles. Fry for about 1 minute on each so that they are not too dry. Prepare all the tortillas the same way.

Cool briefly before using.
