- ½ white bread (day-old)
- 1 Cucumber
- 400 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Red onions
- 250 grams Feta
- 4 thyme
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- splash of lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- sugar
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation
1.
Rinse thyme, pluck leaves from stems and chop.

Peel garlic and cut in half.

Cut white bread into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick slices, and then cut into thick strips. Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a pan, add half of thyme and garlic and fry bread until golden brown. Remove bread from the pan, let rest on a paper towel and season lightly with salt.
4.
Rinse cucumber and chop.
