- 500 grams small Turnip
- salt
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 125 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 125 grams button Mushroom
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 tsp grainy Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground, white peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 6 Tbsps vegetable oil (preferably including 2 tablespoons of walnut oil)
Preparation
1.
Peel turnips and cook until al dente for 12-15 minutes in salted water. Then drain and let cool.

Rinse and trim arugula. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Rinse, trim and slice the mushrooms.
3.
Mix vinegar with mustard, season with salt, pepper and sugar and gradually whisk in the oil. Arrange the prepared ingredients on plates and drizzle with the dressing.
