- 2 Beefsteak tomato
- 170 grams Mozzarella
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- Basil (for garnish)
Preparation

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core, and slice. Drain the mozzarella, and slice also. Using a round cookie cutter 7 cm (approximately 3 inches) in diameter, cut circles in the bread. Toast in a hot pan with butter until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Mix the vinegar and oil, then season with salt and pepper.

Stack the tomato and mozzarella on top of the bread circles, drizzle with the vinaigrette, and garnish with the basil.
