1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp ground cilantro

1 generous pinch Chili powder
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp lemon zest
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 handful chopped fresh cilantro
4 Chicken breasts (each about 140 grams)

1 Mango
1 Red onion
1 Red chili pepper
½ lemon (juiced)
1 pinch brown sugar

Preparation
1.

For the marinade, peel the garlic and finely chop. Mix with the spices, ginger, lemon zest, yogurt and and half of the cilantro. Rinse the chicken, pat dry and mix with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Remove from the marinade place on the grill (over indirect heat), season with salt and cook for about 20 minutes with the lid closed. Turn halfway through and coat with the marinade.

For the relish, peel the mango, cut the flesh from the core and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and finely chop. Rinse the chile, cut in half, trim and finely chop. Mix with the remaining cilantro leaves and prepared ingredients and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar.

Remove the chicken from the grill and arrange on a large platter with the relish. Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
