- 800 grams Sweet potato
- 400 milliliters apple cider vinegar
- 6 Tbsps brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dill seed
- 1 tsp Mustard seed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 bunch Dill
Preparation

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut lengthwise into thick slices. Cut in half again lengthwise and then cut crosswise into 4 cm long pieces (approximately 1 1/2 inches).
Boil the vinegar with 600 ml of water (approximately 2 1/2 cups), the sugar, the dill seeds, the mustard seeds and the salt. Add the potatoes and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Rinse the dill, pat dry and add to the potatoes. Transfer to very hot, rinsed jars, ensuring the potatoes are completely covered with liquid.
Seal the lids tightly.
