- 2 tsps Wasabi paste
- 14 ozs Tuna steak
- ½ Nori seaweed
Preparation

Cut the tuna into 4 equal slices about 0.5 cm thick (approximately 1/5 inch). Cut the nori seawood into strips with scissors.

Portion the rice into 4 equal portions. Put tuna on one side of the nori seaweed and spread the other side with wasabi. Press rice into the side with wasabi. Roll up into sushi rolls. A good choice of garnish would be watercress.
