- 600 grams Strawberries
- 2 centimeters ginger
- 3 Tbsps White balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps sugar (to taste)
- 300 grams Soy yogurt
- mint (for garnishing)
Preparation

Rinse and dry strawberries, hull and chop. Peel ginger, cut into small cubes, mix with balsamic vinegar and strawberries and let infuse for 10 minutes

Meanwhile, mix yogurt with sugar until smooth. Rinse mint and shake dry. Arrange strawberries on 4 plates, top with yogurt and serve garnished with mint.
