- 600 grams green Asparagus
- 500 grams Chicken breasts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 scallions
- 5 Tbsps sesame oil
- 50 milliliters Chicken broth
- 40 grams Cashews
- 3 Tbsps light soy sauce
Preparation

Rinse asparagus, peel bottom third and remove woody ends. Cut stalks into 3 equal pieces. Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry with paper towel and cut crosswise into slices. Peel garlic and chop, rinse scallions, trim and cut into rolls.

Heat sesame oil in a wok and fry asparagus while stirring for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze the wok with chicken broth and fry while stirring, until liquid has evaporated. Add chicken slices, cashews and scallions and stir fry for about 3 minutes. Deglaze the wok with soy sauce and serve in bowls.
