9 ozs cream cheese
3 ½ ozs Whipped cream
lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers
18 ozs Pumpkin (such as Hokkaido)
vegetable oil (for frying)
4 slices Steak (each about 6-7 oz.)

2 Red chili peppers (sliced ​​into rings)
2 Tbsps scallions (sliced ​​into rings)
8 leaves Endive

Preparation

Peel the avocado, cut in half, remove the pit and mash the flesh finely with a fork. Stir in the cream cheese and sour cream and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spoon into a pastry bag fitted with a plain tip.

Thinly slice the pumpkin flesh, season with salt and pepper and cook in a grill pan with 1-2 tablespoons of oil on both sides for 6-8 minutes.
