- 2 Endive
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt

- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 12 Minute steaks (50 grams or approximately 2 ounces)
- 1 handful Thai basil
Preparation

Rinse the endive, remove tough stalks and chop the leaves into pieces. Peel the garlic, chop finely and saute briefly in 1 tablespoon of hot oil until translucent. Add the endive and fry for 1-2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the wine and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Rinse the steaks, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Brown in the the remaining oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Rinse the basil, shake dry, remove stems and serve with the endives over the steaks.
