Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Scrub the potatoes and cut into wedges. Season potatoes with salt, pepper and paprika, mix well and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Rinse the rosemary, shake dry, pluck the needles and spread over the potatoes.
