- 3 Corn
- 125 grams floury potatoes
- 3 shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 Tbsps Corn oil
- 600 milliliters Chicken broth
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 tsps Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 2 red chili peppers
Preparation

Peel shallots and garlic, chop finely.

Peel, rinse and dice potatoes. Rinse corncobs and cut out kernels.

Rinse chile peppers, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and finely chop.

Heat oil in a pan and saute shallots, garlic and chile until translucent. Add potatoes and corn, add chicken broth and cream. Season with garam masala, turmeric, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat, take out corn kernels for later garnishing. Puree the rest of soup.

Reheat soup. If necessary, add a little more broth. Pour soup into bowls, top with kernels and serve.
