- 350 grams shrimp (in water, drained)
- 6 sheets Romaine lettuce
- 4 Sandwich wraps
- 30 grams Parmesan (grated)
- 1 Tbsp Caper (chopped)
Preparation
1.
Whip the cream. Mix cream cheese with the cream and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fold in the shrimp. Cut the lettuce into strips and fold into the shrimp mixture.

Spread the mixture on the sandwich wraps and sprinkle with Parmesan and capers. Roll tightly and serve.
