- 2 slices tramezzino
- 1 Chicken breast
- 1 scallion (cut into fine rings)
- 1 Red Pepperoncini (seeded, finely dice)
- 3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 2 tsps Curry powder
- 1 Tbsp butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation

Cut chicken breast into small cubes and season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a pan and fry on both sides for about 4 minutes. Add pepperoncini and scallions and sauté briefly.

Sprinkle with curry powder, add creme fraiche, stir and season to taste. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, let cool slightly. Spread curry chicken on tramezzino, cut diagonally and serve on plates.
