Ingredients
Prosciutto and Cream Cheese Sandwiches

- 1 firm Pear (200 grams)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp butter
- salt
- peppers
- 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread (each about 50 grams, or 4 small, with nuts)
- 2 Tbsps Cream cheese (13% fat) (about 50 grams)
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- 4 sheets Radicchio
Rinse pear, pat dry, quarter, core and cut into slices.
Heat oil and butter in a pan. Fry pear slices for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat. Lightly salt and pepper and allow to cool.
Spread bread with cream cheese. Arrange pear slices and prosciutto on cheese.
Rinse radicchio, shake dry and cut into very fine strips. Scatter and serve on the sandwiches.
If you want to pack the sandwiches to go, halve sandwiches and then wrap each half securely in plastic wrap.
