- 500 grams potatoes
- salt
- 1 Celery root
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps medium hot Mustard
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 sprigs parsley
Preparation

Rinse the potatoes and cook in boiling salt water for 20-25 minutes. Peel the celery, rinse and cut into 2 cm thin slices.

Mix the oil, vinegar and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop. Peel the potatoes, let cool and slice. Mix the potatoes, celery, parsley and dressing. Serve immediately.
