Potato Porridge with Pork
- Ingredients
- 1 potato (about 50 grams)
- 1 carrot (about 100 grams)
- 1 oz lean Pork
- 3 Tbsps Apple juice
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
Peel potato and carrot and cut into small pieces.
Rinse pork, pat dry and cut across the grain into thin strips.
Bring 100 ml (approximately 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons) water to a boil in a pot. Add vegetables and pork, cover and cook until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
Puree pork mixture with an immersion blender, then mix in the apple juice and stir in the oil. Feed 1 serving immediately and freeze the rest in single-serve portions.

The best thing to do is to cook the porridge to stock and prepare 5 times the amount right away: 1 portion your baby will get immediately; the 2nd can be put in a cool place and warmed up the following day; the others can be frozen in freezer bags.
