Peel potato and carrot and cut into small pieces.

Rinse pork, pat dry and cut across the grain into thin strips.

Bring 100 ml (approximately 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons) water to a boil in a pot. Add vegetables and pork, cover and cook until meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
