1 onion

2 Tbsps Horseradish cream (from a jar)

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 quartered lemon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Peel, rinse and thinly slice potatoes. Cut salmon into thin strips. Peel onion and cut into thin strips. Rinse dill, shake dry and chop finely. Whisk cream with eggs, cheese and horseradish and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Butter baking pan and rub with peeled and halved garlic. Layer potato slices, salmon, onion and dill in the pan and pour cream over. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 45 minutes. Garnish with dill and lemon wedges. Serve.
