- Bloody Mary
- 600 milliliters Tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce
- Celery salt
- black peppers
- Vodka
- Celery
- Poached eggs
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsps Vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Anchovy fillet
Preparation

For the poached eggs: In a shallow saucepan, bring the vinegar to a gentle simmer in 1 liter (approximately 4 cups) water. Carefully swirl the water to create a whirlpool and gently slide in the eggs. Gently simmer for about 4 minutes then remove with a slotted spoon.

For the bloody marys: Stir the tomato juice, lemon juice and ketchup together, season with Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and celery salt and then stir in vodka, to taste.

Garnish the bloody marys with anchovy fillets and celery. Serve with the poached eggs.
