- 1 Tbsp Vegetable broth (granulated)
- 10 small shiitake mushrooms (cleaned)
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- salt
- 1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
Preparation

Heat miso heat with 3 tablespoons of water in a saucepan until dissolved, add water and broth.

Add mushrooms and ginger, simmer for about 8 minutes. Season with salt. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
