- 250 grams Goat cheese
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 20 round Crackers
Preparation

Rinse, trim and finely chop scallions. Mix goat cheese with scallions, cumin and cayenne pepper. Form with wet hands into small balls.

Rinse mint and shake dry, pluck leaves and finely chop.
3.
Roll cheese balls in mint and refrigerate for 1 hour. To serve, cut balls in half and place each half on a cracker.
