- 250 grams shrimp (cooked)

- 1 generous pinch Saffron
- 1 generous pinch cayenne pepper
Preparation

Cut melon into quarters, remove the seeds and scoop flesh with a melon baller.

Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and spices and season to taste with salt. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Mix melon and shrimp with the dressing and serve.
