- 400 grams Cantaloupe (peeled)
- 200 grams Blueberries
- 8 centiliters sherry
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp mint (chopped)
- juice of half lemons
Preparation

Cut the melons into cubes.

Rinse the blueberries and pat dry. Mix with melon, sherry, honey, mint and lemon juice and let chill for a minimum of 30 minutes. Serve in chilled bowls.
