- 70 milliliters Peanut oil
- 50 milliliters soy sauce
- 20 grams Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Whisk the peanut oil, soy sauce, and tomato paste until smooth. Add the chili flakes, paprika, and garlic powder. Season to taste with pepper and stir until combined.

This marinade is great for grilled meats. Brush the meat (such as steaks) with the marinade. Wrap the meat in aluminum foil, or cover with plastic wrap in a bowl. Marinate for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator, but it's better if overnight. Remove the meat from the marinade, and drain thoroughly. Season with a little salt and cook on a hot grill.
