Preparation
1.
Spread each nori sheet with some wasabi, place it on a bamboo sushi rolling mat and evenly cover with sushi rice. Leave a small border.

Peel avocados, remove pits and cut into small finger-sized strips. Place avocados on a horizontal position in the middle of the rice bed and lightly press. Fold lower edge of the mat up slightly, hold rice with finger and roll towards the upper edge. Press lightly with both hands and roll into a log shape.
3.
Remove finished roll from the mat, firmly press on the open ends and cut with a sharp knife into thick slices.
4.
Continue process until all ingredients are used.
5.
Serve sushi rolls on a plate with cucumber and carrot slices.
