- 150 grams powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 200 grams Whipped cream
Preparation
1.
Combine lemon juice with 400 ml (1 scant cup) water. Stir in powdered until dissolved.

Beat egg whites until stiff and combine with lemon juice mixture. Pour into a shallow baking dish or metal bowl.

Freeze about 3 hours, stirring every hour with a fork to prevent large ice crystals from forming.
4.
To serve, whip cream until stiff and layer with granita in tall glasses. Garnish with lemon slices if desired and serve immediately.
