- 2 Red Bell pepper
- 250 grams button Mushroom
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
- ½ bunch thyme
Preparation
1.
Trim the leeks, halve lengthwise, rinse and cut into thin strips. Rinse and halve the peppers, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into cubes. Wipe the mushrooms with paper towels and cut into slices.

Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Brown the vegetables in it over high heat for 3 minutes while stirring. Season with salt, pepper and paprika, cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
3.
Rinse the thyme, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Arrange the vegetables on plates and serve sprinkled with thyme.
