- 100 grams Spelt flakes
- 750 milliliters milk
- 1 tsp ground Cardamom
- 3 Tbsps Shredded coconut
- 3 Tbsps honey
Preparation

In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoons ghee. Add spelt flakes, saute briefly and pour in milk. Cook for 20 minutes until soft over medium heat while stirring occasionally.

Stir in cardamom and coconut. Remove porridge from heat, add remaining ghee and honey and stir. Serve immediately.
