- 1 green Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 4 large shallots
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- vegetable oil
Preparation

Cut pork into bite-sized pieces. Rinse bell peppers, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Peel shallots. Alternate sticking meat and peppers on 4 skewers and attach shallots to the ends.

Season with salt and pepper and coat with oil. Grill while turning on hot grill until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
