- 1 Red onion
- 2 small Romaine lettuce
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt

- 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 60 grams Blue cheese
Preparation
1.
Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Rinse lettuce hearts, remove outer leaves and cut each lengthwise into quarters. Brush lettuce hearts on the cut surfaces with a little oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill on a hot grill for 4-5 minutes.

Heat remaining oil in a pan. Saute onion for about 5 minutes on medium heat until soft. Add vinegar, lemon juice and honey, mix well.
3.
Place two pieces of lettuce per plate, crumble cheese on top and drizzle with onion sauce. Season with pepper and serve.
