Preparation

For the herb dressing: In a bowl, whisk the sherry vinegar with the balsamic, oil, honey and herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

For the salad: Rinse the lettuce and spin dry. Rinse the tomatoes. Arrange the lettuce and tomatoes in bowls. Serve with the herb dressing.
