2 ripe Nectarine
1 sour Apple (such as Granny Smith)
200 grams Watermelon
200 grams honeydew melon
200 grams Cantaloupe
1 organic lemon (juice)
1 Tbsp liquid honey

Preparation

Rinse strawberries and nectarines and pat dry. Halve nectarines, pit and cut into strips. Rinse, peel and core apple and cut into bite-size pieces.

Slice melon into bite-size pieces and mix in a bowl with the remaining fruit, lemon juice and honey. Let stand for about 1 hour, then alternate placing pieces of fruit on wooden skewers. Serve immediately.
