- juice of lemons
- 1 sprig Lemongrass
- 4 Strawberries
- 1 tsp Black tea
- 600 milliliters water
- 30 grams honey

Preparation

For the lemongrass, trim both ends and peel outer layers. Then cut stalks into very thin slices. Rinse, trim and cut strawberries lengthwise into small pieces. Combine the peach juice with lemon juice, lemongrass, cover and let stand for about 5 minutes.

In the meantime, add black tea to boiling water and infuse for about 5 minutes. Pour tea through a sieve. Add the strawberries, mint and peach juice. Stir in honey to taste.
