1 slice Whole Grain Rye Rolls (about 30 grams)
80 grams Cream cheese (13% fat)
mixed-color peppercorns

Rinse lettuce, spin dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Cut bread into chunks, then finely grind in a blender or a food processor to make crumbs.

Mix half of the crumbs with the cheese in a small bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.
