- 2 white onions
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch mixed Fresh herbs (such as thyme, sage, rosemary and oregano)
- 4 bay leaves
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- Sea salt
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Rinse potatoes thoroughly and cut in half lengthwise. Peel onions and cut into thin strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse and shake dry herbs, pluck off leaves and chop larger ones. Arrange potatoes with herbs in an ovenproof dish and add 125 ml (approximately 0.5 cup) of water. Add bay leaves and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 45 minutes. Serve.
