- 500 grams Corn kernel 9canned or frozen)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
Preparation

Rinse and dry zucchini, chop into small cubes. Drain or thaw corn.

Peel and finely chop garlic. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and zucchini for 2-3 minutes. Add corn and saute for 2-3 minutes. Toss with lemon juice and season with salt. Garnish with parsley and serve.
