- 20 large, green Grape
- 100 grams Milk chocolate couveture
- 20 short Wooden skewers (toothpicks)
- Ingredients
- 1 Hairpin (to remove the cores)
- 2 potatoes
Preparation
1.
Melt the milk chocolate over a hot, not boiling, water bath.

Rinse the grapes, dry and use a hairpin to remove the seeds. (See Figure 1.)
3.
Gently skin the grapes. (See Figure 2.)
4.
Place the grape on a wooden skewer and dip halfway into the chocolate. (See Figure 3.) Drain well. Insert the skewers into a potato to dry.
5.
It is not necessary to skin the grapes, although it does improve the taste.
6.
Serve as a dessert garnish.
