- 2 Tbsps lemon juice

- 12 Olives (pitted)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation

Rinse the chicken breast under cold water, pat dry, then cut into 12 equal cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice, and season with pepper.

Rinse and halve the peppers. Trim, remove the seeds, and cut into 12 pieces.

Place 1 piece of chicken, 1 olive, and 1 piece of pepper on a small wooden skewer.

Heat the olive oil in a pan, and sauté the skewers on all sides until browned. Remove from the pan, season with salt, and serve.
