Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse the drumsticks and pat dry. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken, mix well, and marinater for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Transfer to a baking dish, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Brush occasionally with the marinade while cooking.

If necessary, add some chicken broth. Clean the mushrooms, and add to the pan. Stir the remaining marinade with the chicken broth, and add to the pan. Sprinkle the chicken with the grated cheese. Increase the temperature of the oven to 220°C (approximately 430°F), and cook the chicken an additional 5-10 minutes.
