Preparation
1.
Peel carrots and finely grate. Wash and halve tomatoes. Mix cream cheese, horseradish, and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Coarsely chop basil leaves and reserve for garnish. Cut chicken breasts into strips.

Spread tortilla with cream cheese mixture and cover with vegetables. Distribute chicken slices on top, and roll up firmly. Slice diagonally to serve. Garnish with basil.
