- 1 handful Grape (red)
- 1 handful Olives (green stuffed with peppers)
- 300 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams Cottage cheese (well drained)
- 50 grams chopped Pistachio (roasted)
- 40 grams ground Peanuts (roasted)
- 60 grams Shredded coconut (roasted)
- 1 pkg whipped cream stabilizer
- salt

Preparation
1.
Season the cheese with salt and pepper. Stir until smooth with the cream and cream stabilizer. With cold, wet hands, shape the cheese around the grapes and olives.

Roll the olives balls in the coconut. Roll the grape balls in the pistachios and peanuts. Freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
