Preparation

Rinse the carrot, radish, apple, and parsley. Peel and grate the radish, carrot, and apple. Finely chop the parsley.

Mix the vinegar, lemon juice, and oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix in the dill and parsley, then add to the vegetables. Thoroughly combine, and garnish with the daisies.
