- 1 Lime
- 1 Tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 5 centiliters Cachaça
- 2 sprigs mint
- crushed Ice cubes
Preparation

Rinse the lime, cut into wedges or slices and place in a cocktail glass.

Rinse the mint, pat dry and add 1 sprig to the glass along with the turbinado sugar. Muddle the lime, mint and sugar with a wooden spoon then stir in the lemon juice and rum. Top the glass off with crushed ice, garnish with the remaining mint sprig and serve with a straw.
