- 400 grams Raspberries
- 50 grams Hazelnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 2 egg whites
- 100 grams powdered sugar
- 1 splash lemon juice
- Raspberries (for garnish)
Preparation

Rinse the peaches, cut in half, remove the pits and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with honey and bake under the preheated broiler for about 8 minutes.

Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the lemon juice and gradually beat in 80 grams (approximately 3/4 cup) of powdered sugar until stiff. Spread on the peaches, sprinkle with nuts and bake for another 6-8 minutes, until golden brown.

Puree the raspberries and strain through a sieve. Mix with remaining powdered sugar. Distribute the raspberry sauce on plates and arrange the peaches on top. Serve garnished with raspberries.
