- 4 slices Smoked salmon
- 1 onion
- 4 Lollo rosso Lettuce
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 1 bunch Chives (large)

Preparation
1.
Cut bagel horizontally and toast in a toaster or under the oven broiler while watching carefully. Rinse chives, cut into rolls, mix in a bowl with cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Thickly spread cream cheese on the lower half of bagel, cover with lettuce leaves, onion rings and two slices of smoked salmon. Serve immediately.
