- ½ Avocado
- 2 olive oil
- 2 lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Double cream
- peppers
- cayenne pepper
- salt
- 2 Tbsps chopped Culinary herbs
Preparation

Scoop the pulp from the avocado and coarsely chop. Puree the avocado, then mix thoroughly with the oil, lemon juice, and double cream until a smooth sauce has formed.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix in the herbs, and serve.
